The idea to include coffee & tea makers, a fridge, and glassware in the superior king room was nice. The hotel was set in a central area near well catered for accomodation in Blackpool ever, Sutton park because of the Tripadvisor reviews and rating, and the promenade from the door.

The place was exceptionally clean and had a family atmosphere. The location was central, fab to the promenade from the door. Also, Mary's Shell was 3 km away from the hotel. We spent 1 night in family room with very comfortable bed, biscuits and chocolate. The staff were excellent and affable, gave us great tips.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this ideal small hotel. The bedroom was spotless and budget. Tea and coffee, and a hair dryer were a bonus. The location was marvellous with a tram station very close to the accommodation. This venue was in a nice enough area. The staff was very very nice and extremely polite and my stay was fantastic, would return there.

Every detail there was outstanding. The staff were helpful and excellent at all times. I got a nicely furnished and fully-equipped room with essentials tea, a lovely selection of drinks plus balloons. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was nice hot with offerings for all diet preferences. The location was perfect, close to attractions. This was my very enjoyable stay for one night.
